3 c. fresh or frozen corn ( I drain the corn and use the liquid for part of the milk)
1 c. milk
1T. sugar
1T. cornstarch
3 egg yokes(beaten)
1T butter (melted)
salt
3 egg whites (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and cornstarch and add to beaten egg yokes. Add salt
and milk and fold in the corn. Last fold in the beaten egg whites.

Bake at 350* oven for 45 min.

Keep covered part of baking time. Uncover last 15-20 minutes to nicely brown the top.
