1 cup butter, softened
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 cup flour
2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix in baking powder, salt, and 2 cups of flour. Fold in berries that have bee dredged in one cup of flour. Pour into bundt pan or 10" tube pan that has been buttered and sprinkled with sugar.

(tip: before buttering pan, spray with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking).

Bake for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean
