6 Mini Peppers, halved
1 c. Chicken, cooked and shredded
3 T. Onion, diced
1 T. Hot Sauce
1 T. Butter
2 Hard Boiled Eggs, diced
Ground Black Pepper (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together shredded chicken, onion, and hardboiled eggs.

2. In a small dish, melt butter and mix it with the sauce.

3. Drizzle sauce over chicken mixture and combine well.

4. Spoon chicken mixture into pepper halves.

5. Garnish with fresh ground black pepper and a dash or two of red sauce.
