1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. white wine
2-4 chicken breasts or any cut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a baking dish. Bake 1 hour @ 350º
If bone in chicken, bake 1 1/2 hours
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes


alternative prep: Brown chicken in butter and simmer in wine for 20-25 minutes, saute onion separately (1 sm. chopped onion) add more wine to that then add all together.
