2-½ lb. Bone-in Beef Short Ribs
1-2 T. Coconut Oil
1-15 oz can Tomato Sauce
½ c. Balsamic Vinegar
1 T. Honey
6 cloves Garlic, smashed

For the dry rub:
2 T. Salt
1 T. Rosemary, dried
1 T. Thyme, dried
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients for the spice rub.

2. Pat the short ribs dry with a paper towel and rub generously with the spice mixture.

3. Melt the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Working in batches, sear the short ribs for 2-3 minutes per side.

5. Place into the slow cooker. Add the tomato sauce, balsamic, honey, and garlic to the slow cooker with the short ribs.

6. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours until the beef is tender. Serve warm.
