1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with 1 T. lemon juice
combine flour, garlic powder and paprika
dip chicken in egg mixture and then flour mixture. Brown chicken in butter (and a little olive oil)
dissolve cubes(bouillon) in water with remaining lemon juice. Add to skillet just about covering chicken.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I often use more lemon than recipe states. I also like to cut the chicken into tender strips. Add more water to cover chicken during simmer. Need to watch carefully as to not boil out all the water .....there will be no sauce left!
