1 Sweet Potato, baked, peeled, and mashed
4 Eggs, whisked at room temperature
1 Ripe Banana, mashed)2 T. Sugar
¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract
¼ c. Coconut Oil, melted
3 T. Coconut Flour
2 T. Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
¼ tsp. Baking Powder
¼ c. Dark Chocolate Chips
¼ c. Nuts (your favorite)

1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF.

2. Mix mashed sweet potato with whisked eggs, mashed banana, vanilla, and coconut oil.
In a separate dish, combine all the dry ingredients: coconut sugar, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

3. Combine both wet and dry ingredients, and mix well.

4. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts to the batter.

5. Pour batter into an 8x8 baking dish, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
