Dough:
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 t. salt

Cheese filling:
1 lb. dry cottage cheese
1/4c. sugar
1/4t. salt
1-2 eggs
3 T. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients- let set for 10 minutes.
Mix cheese filling together.
Roll out dough- create pockets for cheese. Seal.
Boil 10 minutes. Fry in pan with butter, serve with sour cream
