1 lb. crab meat
4 eggs
2 T flour
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1T minced onion
1 T minced green pepper
2 tsp pimentos (optional)
2 nine inch deep dish pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, flour, mayonnaise and milk in a bowl and mix well Stir in the of the ingredients. When you add crab meat fold in and try not to break up the lumps.

Bake the pie shells at 350 for 5 minutes and let cool.

Spoon crab mixture into partial baked pie shells and bake in 350 oven for about 50 min or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Tip: To prevent crust of baking to crispy or burning, put aluminum foil around crust.

People are surprised with this recipe and some think it would be like crab dip, but when finished baking it has a pie custard consistency.
