1c apple cider vinegar
1c ketchup
1/2c water
1/4c finely chopped onion
2Tbsp minced garlic
2Tbsp butter
2Tbsp molasses
2Tbsp prepared mustard
2Tbsp brown sugar
1Tbsp Worcestershire
1Tbsp paprika
1Tbsp milk chili powder
2tsp oregano
2tsp thyme
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1tsp cayenne (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a pot on medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute till browned. Add remaining ingredients (vinegar last), reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. You can puree to make a smoother barbecue sauce.
