1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1/2 c. milk
2-3 apples diced

Directions:
cream together sugar & eggs, add oil. Add rest of ingredients together. 9x13 greased & floured pan, Bake @ 375º for 45 minutes.
