1 Egg (Hard-boiled for 8 minutes on high)
½ Avocado, diced
2 slices Bacon, crumbled
Juice from ½ Lemon
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

1. Slightly mash the avocado. Drizzle with lemon juice.

2. Dice the hard-boiled egg and add it to the avocado.

3. Add the bacon, mix gently to combine.

4. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
