Boil 4 c. of water. Add 4 oz powdered expresso and 7 cups sugar. Cool before adding 1 quart cheap vodka. Put 1/3 vanilla bean in each of 3 bottles. Pour in kahlua, cap tightly, and let stand 30 days.
