12 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cooked 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 16 oz sour cream 1 8 oz sour cream 1/4 cup sherry Salt & Pepper to taste 35 to 40 crumbled Ritz Crackers 6 Tablespoons butter 2 Tablespoons Poppy seeds
Cube Chicken and place in the bottom of a 13X9 pan. Stir together soup, sour cream and sherry. Add salt & pepper, pour over chicken. Mix together poppy seeds and crumbled crackers. Pour over chicken and drizzle with butter on top. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
