4 oz. Hazelnuts
4 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
¼ tsp. Sea Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp. Baking Soda
½ c. Coconut Oil, melted
½ c. Dates, pitted
3 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

2. Put the hazelnuts in a food processor and process until you have a flour like texture, being careful not to over process.

3. Add the salt, baking soda, and chopped chocolate to the bowl and pulse until you have a sandy texture.

4. Add the dates and pulse until well combined, followed by the eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla. You should have a thick, smooth batter by this point.

5. Spread the batter into a square baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
