2 cans salmon
2 Eggs
Cornstarch
Flour
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Open and drain one can of salmon but not the other. I pull apart and debone the spine and take the flesh off. Separate. Use 1 egg for each can. For each handful of cornmeal use a handful of flour. Repeat till you can form a patty. Place in hot oil and cook till brown and flip
