1 c. cake flour or all purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Sift 3 times. Break eggs into a 1 c. measuring cup and fill remaining cup with milk until full. Beat eggs and milk together and stir into flour mixture. Heat water for boiling in a 9-10 inch sauce pan. Then allow to simmer. Roll batter into small oblong balls. Drop by spoon into simmering water. Simmer for 3 minutes, turn then simmer 3 minutes longer.
*can serve with bacon grease drippings drizzled over*
