1 package of lemon gelatin (Jello)
½ tsp. salt
Prepare gelatin per box and add
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 ½ cups finely shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 tsp. graded onion
½ cup think sliced carrots
1 tbsp. sliced pimento
Directions:
Directions:
Place mixture in individual serving cups and allow to congeal.
Best served on a bed of lettuce with homemade mayonnaise.

Yields 4 servings
