1/4 cup butter or margarine
2-2/3 cups Original Bisquick(R) mix
2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 (3 to 3 1/2 pound) cut-up whole chicken

Directions:

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Melt butter in rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, in oven.

Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish (dish and butter should be hot).

Bake 35 minutes; turn chicken. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
 

Oven Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or as needed
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 pounds red potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, or as needed
3/4 cup sour cream (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan or cast iron skillet with cooking spray; pour in about 1 teaspoon vegetable oil to coat the bottom.

Mix Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper together in a bowl.

Blot the cut-side of potatoes with a paper towel to remove any moisture. Place potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; toss until potatoes are lightly coated. Sprinkle potatoes with Parmesan cheese mixture; toss to coat. Arrange potatoes, cut-side down, onto the prepared baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn potatoes to cut-side up; continue baking until golden and crispy, about 15 to 20 more minutes. Serve with sour cream.
