2 cups brown sugar
2 cups Ever Sweet margarine
1 cup hot water
3 cups flour
1 cup dates cut up
2 cups raisins
½ cup mixed peel
2 cups cherries cut up
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, water, vanilla and fruit. Fold in dry ingredients. Put in greased tube pan.

Bake 300º for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
