Pastry Shell
2 cup flour
tsp salt
1 cup cold butter cubed
1/3 cup ice water

Filling
1 cup sugar
cup flour
2 cups rhubarb
2 - 3 cups strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk flour and salt together. Blend in cubed butter until crumbly. Drizzle water over and mix together. If dry add tlbs water as needed. Roll out and put in pie dish.Pour in pie crust. Dot with butter. Cover with crust. Seal crust with water. Bake 400 for 35 to 40 minutes.
