Base
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
dash salt
¾ cup sugar
2 tlbs cocoa
½ cup milk
2 tlbs melted butter

Topping
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Put in a greased 8 x 8 dish. Cover with topping mixture. Add 1 3/4 cup hot water and pour over batter. Bake 350º for 45 minutes.
