Part I

2 cups water
2 cups raisins
½ cup chopped nuts of choice
1 orange peeled and cut up
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
dash salt
1 ½ cup chopped dates
½ cup mixed peel
½ cup oil

Part II

Add 2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Boil Part I until soft. Cool. Add Part II ingredients. Bake 300º for 60 minutes or until cooked
