1.5 oz Vodka (we use Tito's)
.5 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
grapefruit juice (fresh squeezed if possible)- 2 oz or more to taste
2-3 fresh sage leaves

Jack Allen's original recipe: (serves 4-6)
16 sage leaves
3 oz simple syrup
1 lemon, juiced
6 oz Titos' Handmade Vodka
3 oz St. Germaine Elderflower liqueur
2-3 ruby red grapefruits for 8 oz juice
Splash or 1 oz soda water

Muddle sage in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and add remaining ingredients. Strain into chilled martini glasses or serve over ice.
