10 lbs beets

Liquid for beets

Boil for 10 minutes
4 cups vinegar
3 cups sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cook beets in water for 1-2 hours until you can put fork through beets.

Let cool. Remove outside skin and cut beet into pieces and put in mason bottles.

Fill bottles with liquid. Put covers on a boil in pot for 15 minutes

This does 8 bottles
