1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup molasses
3 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger, cinnamon and all spice
1 ½ cup boiling water


WARM SAUCE
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup tin milk
2 tlbs rum (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, molasses, sugar and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add molasses. Fold in boiling water. Pour in greased tube pan. Bake 325 for 55-60 minutes.

Top with cool whip or Warm Sauce
