8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces blue cheese
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1 cloves garlic - pressed or finely minced

Directions:
Soften cream cheese. Blend all ingredients except blue cheese. Add blue cheese last and stir to blend, leaving some large chunks. Serve on your favorite salad greens.
