Cake:
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups hot water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake ingredients, and pour into an ungreased 9" pan.

Mix together the sugars and cocoa, and sprinkle over the batter. Then pour the hot water over top.

Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
