1 medium onion
1 large green bell pepper
1 large orange bell pepper
1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup tomato sauce
5 to 6 leaves of basil
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper
1 pound dry farfalle pasta
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar/jack cheese mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, and drain.

Slice onions and peppers thin. Saute until softened. Add ground beef to the pan. Cover, and cook for a few minutes. Stir well, breaking up clumps of beef. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Mix, and continue to cook, covered, until beef is done.

Stir in pasta, and transfer to a greased baking dish. Spread shredded cheese over top, and bake for 15 to 17 minutes at 350.
