• 15 Quail Eggs
• 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Sweet Pickle Relish
• 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 1 tsp Sugar

* All quantities should be adjusted to suit personal taste.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a splash of vinegar, and gently place quails into the boiling water.
2. Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes then turn heat OFF and let sit for about 10 minutes.
2. Remove eggs from hot water into a bath of ice water, allow to sit until cold.
3. Peel away shell, wash, and split in half, removing the yolk to a mixing bowl.
4. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish to taste.
5. Add Salt, Pepper to taste, along with a dash of sugar.
6. Combine ingredients well, then place into a piping bag and fill halved whites with mixture and serve.
