1½ cups sugar
1 egg
1 cup soft butter
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1 - 1½ cups blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan

Cream sugar and butter, then add egg and continue beating until fluffy.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt together, and gradually beat into the butter mixture.
Add the vanilla and milk.
Beat until smooth, then add blueberries.
Pour batter into cake pan and bake for 45 - 50 minutes
