1/4 cup self rising flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 pinches baking soda
2 cups buttermilk

heat iron skillet with 1/4 cup cooking oil and pour cornbread mixture into skillet when oil is hot. Place in preheated oven at 475 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
