2 cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, rinsed and drained
1 can Rotel
1 small-medium red onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalepeno with or without seeds, diced
8 oz Wishbone Robusto Italian salad dressing

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve as a dip with tortilla chips.
