18oz Spice Cake Mix
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c water
2 eggs
1/2c shredded carrots
1/2 c raisins

Icing: mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 TB unsweetened apple juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350deg. Combine cake mix, soup, water, and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes until combined. Stir in carrots and raisins. Pour into greased 9 x 13 " pan. Bake for 25 min or until set well. Cool on rack. Ice when cool
