2 lbs. Chicken Wings, cut wings in two and discard the tip or save to make stock
1 Cup Plain yogurt
1/2 Cup Honey
2 TBSP. Fish Sauce or Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Sambal Chile Paste or Sriracha

In large bowl whisk together the yogurt, honey, soy sauce and sriracha. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture and refrigerate. Add chicken wings to bowl, turning to coat. Cover, refrigerate 1 hour, turning occasionally. Preheat grill, Remove chicken from marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Add chicken to well oiled grill, cover, grill 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. turning frequently and brushing with reserved marinade. Garnish with zest of lime and chopped cilantro. If you do not like spicy flavor cut back on the sriracha or use another type of heat. I make these in the oven, broiling after the wings have cooked about 15 minutes.
