Ingredients: I Box Milk Chocolate Cake Mix 1 1/4 Cups Water 1/3 Cup vegetable Oil 3 Eggs 1(3.4oz.)Box White Chocolate Instant Pudding, just the mix 2 Cups Milk 1 8 OZ. Container of Cool Whip, thawed 1 pkg. Oreo Cookies, crushed(I used Double Stuffed) 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows 1 Pkg. Cream Cheese, thawed

Directions:Preheat oven to 350 for shiny metal or glass pan, 325 for dark or nonstick pan.Grease bottom only of 13" X 9". Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large bowl with mixer on medium speed. pour into pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. While cake is baking IN a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk together for 2 minutes. Stir in thawed cool whip and cream cheese, crushed oreos and mini marshmallows. After cake is cool spread the oreo fluff over entire cake. Put in refrigerator to get cold, Keep chilled, the colder the better fluff gets to be. |

Notes: As you can tell by the ingredient list I didn't think there was enough calories in this dessert so I added the cream cheese to the fluff. I just felt like it added to the texture, you can leave it out if you want to, but doesn't cream cheese make everything better???? I leave this cake in the pan and serve it from the pan.
