Chickpeas Drained 3 c
Tahini 1/2 c
Garlic Fresh Minced 1 Tbs
Lemon Juice Fresh Squeezed 1/4 c
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3/4 c
Onion Small Dice 2 c
Kosher Salt 1 Tbsp
Coarse Black Pepper 1 tsp
White Wine 1/2 c
Fresh Chives Minced 2 Tbsp
Fresh Parsley 1 Tbsp

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown onion in 1/4 c olive oil on med high heat for 5 minutes, add kosher salt, black pepper and fresh garlic. Stir an additional 1 minute and deglaze with white wine and reduce by 1/2. Set aside and chill for later.
2. In a food processor add chickpeas and turn on medium high speed, slowly add lemon juice, Tahini, Olive oil and chilled onion mixture.
3. Stir in fresh chive and parsley and chill for one hour.
4. Serve with grilled Naan bread or crisp fresh vegetables.
