1 package yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 cups milk
7 - 8 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat egg, sugar and salt in large bowl. Add oil and mix well. Add yeast, mixing well. Add 2 cups milk with enough flour to knead well (7-8 cups). Let stand for 2 1/2 hours in warm place. Work down and make out rolls as needed. Place remainder in refrigerator in covered container. Bake rolls at 425º.
