8 cloves garlic, minced
2Tbsp butter
5-6c cauliflower florets
6-7c begetable/chicken broth or water
1tsp salt (more to taste)
1/2tsp pepper (more to taste)
1/2c milk (more to taste)
1Tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté minced garlic on low. Don't brown. Just soft and fragrant then remove. Bring water or broth to boil. Add cauliflower and cook covered for 7-10 minutes. DON'T DRAIN! Use slotted spoon to transfer cauliflower to blender. Add 1 cup broth, sautéed garlic/butter, salt, pepper, and milk or broth depending on thickness you want. Serve on desired dish.
