Taco Soup Recipe

1 1/2lb ground beef
1 onion
1 clove garlic minced
1pkg taco seasoning
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1-2c. water (to desired consistency)
1 can beans undrained/unrinsed
1 can green chilies
dash sugar

Cook meat, set aside. Sauté onion and garlic in 1 Tbsp. butter. Add meat, seasoning, tomatoes, sauce and water. Add beans and chilies. Season and eat when desired heat.

*Top with tortilla chips, sour cream, chives, hot sauce, cheese, etc.
