1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking powder
4 T. Shortening
1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cups fresh sliced peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1/4tsp. Cinnamon

2 T. Butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar

350º oven bake 35 minutes

Make a dough by combining flour, salt & baking powder cut in shortening add milk forming dough. Pat into rectangle 1/2 inch thick

Place peaches sugar and cinn. On dough roll up and place into greased baking dish sprinkle with butter and brown sugar

Bake and serve with ice cream
