5 apples, sliced
3/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. soft butter
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples and 1/4 c. sugar together and place into greased casserole dish. In a bowl, mix butter and brown sugar together until creamy. Add milk and egg; mix well. In a new bowl, mix flour and baking powder together; add butter mixture and stir. Spread over apples. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
