Bread Pudding Recipe

1 Loaf of Bread
1½ c. Sugar (or more to taste)
1 ½ c. Milk
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Tear loaf of bread in pieces. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mixture should be soggy but not soupy. If it is add more bread. Taste for sweetness. You can always add more sugar if needed.

Place mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with sugar and cinnamon. Cook at 350º for 40-50 minutes. Pudding should be firm when finished.

May serve warm or cut in squares and serve cold.
