1 Package Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix
2 (31/2 Ounce) Packages instant pudding nix
3/4 Cup Low Fat Milk
1 8-OUnce Package Neufchatel Cheese (softened)1 12Ounce Tub Low Fat Cool Whip(thawed)
1 Package sugar free chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13" X9" Cake Pan. Prepare cake mix as stated on box. Pour batter into prepare pan.Bake as directed as stated on box. While cake is baking mix the pudding mix and milk together in a mixing bowl and using a mixer beat until well blended. After cake has cooled spread the pudding over the cake. In a small bowl place sugar free chocolate chips and 2 tbsp. lowfat milk, place in microwave and melt chocolate chips When the chips are melted spread over the pudding layer of cake. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

You can use vanilla instant sugar free pudding or French Vanilla instant sugar free pudding in this recipe, it is personal preference. I have also mixed sugar free cool whip into the pudding mixture.
