1 18.5 Ounce Box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 20-Ounce Can Crushed Pineapple with juice(Not Drained)

Pre-heat oven to 350. Coat a 13" X 9" Cake Pan with cooking spray. Pour mix into a large bowl. Add can of crushed pineapple with juice, beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Pour cake batter into prepared pan. Bake according to box directions. Let cool in pan or just serve from pan.


NOTE: If you leave this cake plain, it can be considered low calorie. If you have to do something dust with confectioner's sugar or beak down and frost with your favorite frosting.
