1 8-Ounce Package Cream cheese(softened)
1/2 Cup Confectioner's Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Pint Fresh Strawberries (hulled and cored)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth, spoon into a piping bag or a resealable bag with a corner snipped. Fill cavities of cored strawberries with the cream cheese mixture.

Some people add 1 Cup of Cool Whip to cream cheese mixture, some added mini chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture. You can drizzle chocolate over top of berries if you prefer.
