1 (16oz) bag frozen broccoli florets
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 C milk
¼ tsp salt

For Thicker White Sauce:

3-4 Tbs Butter
3-4 Tbs Flour
½ tsp salt
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and salt in pot (which should be large enough to hold white sauce and broccoli) on stove over LOW heat. Put in flour and mix till well blended. Turn to HIGH and add milk – STIR CONSTANTLY until becomes thicker, make sure spoon scrapes bottom of pot all the time. Turn down heat to MED until boils rapidly. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit until ready to use. Cook broccoli according to directions on bag.
