Large filet of Salmon
Cedar plank
1/4 white wine
Juice of 2 lemons
1/3 cup fresh dill
1 T kosher salt
1 t pepper
Lemons to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Soak cedar plank according to directions. Combine all ingredients and marinade the salmon in the refrigerator while plank is soaking. Place salmon on the plank and ask Grandaddy to grill. When cooked, add lemon garnish around the fish on the plank. Serve family style. Delicious with My My’s Mashed potatoes!
