Fix-It and Forget-It 5-ingredient favorites Comforting Slow-Cooker Recipes

1 lb lean round steak
1 envelope dry beefy onion soup
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
10 3/4-oz. can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
1. Layer first four ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours, or until meat is tender but not over-cooked
3. Stir in sour cream 10 minutes before serving.

End of recipe from book but I've made adjustments... I use
golden mushroom soup instead of celery soup and I serve this over jasmine rice.
