1½ Cup sugar
¼ Teaspoon salt
¾ Cup Half & Half
⅓ Cup + 1 Tablespoon flour
1½ Cup Whipping Cream
Sprinkle of Nutmeg
1 - 9 inch Unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add whipping cream and half & half.
Beat about 6 minutes or until consistency of soft whipped cream.
Pour into pie shell and top with Nutmeg.
Bake at 425º for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350º and bake 40-45 minutes longer.
